It’s hard to find words that adequately express how God is moving in our midst. Just this past week during the Spiritual Leadership class, the presence of the Holy Spirit was so very tangible. It’s profound, because we are separated by thousands of miles of land and ocean, and yet sensing God’s Presence in our midst. At one point a South African student raised her hands in worship, and another in Zimbabwe confirmed she was hearing from the Holy Spirit. It is a wonderful confirmation that distance cannot divide, and wherever two or more are gathered, He is in our midst.
A U.S. student shared, “This course has truly been life-changing. What I am learning is like no other course I have taken. I truly praise God for what He is doing in me.” Below is a slide from one challenging topic in the Spiritual Leadership course.
It’s very humbling to teach in this environment, as we hear how the selfless, courageous Christian leaders serving in difficult and sometimes dangerous circumstances are exercising faith and walking in obedience. I am beyond thankful for the privilege of serving each student through our online programs and courses. I leave the classes filled with such gratitude and excitement for how God is working in our fallen world!
In other exciting news, we are pleased to announce that the Fully Equipped Bible Institute now has the authority to award credit and grant associate and bachelor level degrees! Please continue to pray with us through the accreditation process, as it is very stringent, and the financial cost is quite high.
We covet your continued prayer as we seek our Lord for wisdom, for His Spirit to draw the students who need to equip themselves, and for provision to help underwrite the costs of accreditation, high quality professors, and administrative needs. We are trusting God that when He calls us to His plans, He provides the means to accomplish them!
We also agree in prayer for His Presence to hover over Israel, interceding for protection for God’s chosen People and the land He gave them. We pray for protection for all innocent people caught up in the conflict, and that God would reveal Himself in mighty ways. We pray that people would recognize and surrender to the Messiah, Jesus, the Prince of Peace and Savior of the world.
We are grateful that you care about God’s people His plans, and His purposes around the globe! Thank you for your prayers.

PASTOR GAOLATLHE GWINDI BULAWAYO, ZIMBABWE Pastor Gaolatlhe Gwindi and her husband are pastoring a Celebration Church in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. She is also responsible for discipleship and training of those involved in Music Ministries at the Celebration Churches throughout Africa. Currently enrolled in the Spiritual Leadership course, Pastor Gwindi shares, “I have been profoundly impacted, not just by the content, but by the opportunity to share and learn from other leaders. “One key impact statement in the course is ‘If you don’t lead from the Presence of God in you, you will lead from your own strength.’ The emphasis on Jesus as the pattern for our leadership has driven me to pursue His way as I serve His people. In raising disciples, I am not trying to reproduce myself. I am training them to relate with the ultimate Teacher and Leader, and to sit at His feet to hear from Him themselves. There is no instant gratification here – there is discipline, which over time will bear the eternal fruit of righteousness.” |

Pastor Gwindi shares a word of encouragement for other pastors and leaders, “We are never too busy to be equipped for ministry. Being equipped is a way of redeeming time and preserving strength in order to do more. The writer of Ecclesiastes 10:10 states that “If the ax is dull, And one does not sharpen the edge, Then he must use more strength; But wisdom brings success.” I am inviting you to enroll in the Fully Equipped Bible Institute to get spiritually sharpened, and to draw on the wisdom of God to set yourself up for success in ministry and in life.” |
PROGRAM ENROLLMENT IS OPEN
FOR JANUARY 20th START
The Christian Leadership program provides strong biblical foundations plus practical leadership training that equips you to serve in the ministry or the marketplace. This can be an associate or bachelor degree program.
The Pastoral and Christian Ministry Program equips pastors and ministry leaders with solid biblical foundations, practical ministry training, and the business/leadership skills necessary to lead the organizations they serve. This can be an associate or bachelor degree program.
The Biblical and Theological Studies Program equips students with solid biblical knowledge and theological understanding. Students are trained to view current events, circumstances, relationships, and personal life through a biblical lens and then transmit this deep understanding to the people you serve. This can be an associate or bachelor degree program.
You don’t have to enroll in a program. Many students audit courses for the learning on a particular subject. You can participate in a live class, or take a recorded course on your schedule. Either way, if program enrollment is not for you, you can still continue to equip yourself for Kingdom service through high-quality Bible courses and Christian leadership classes.
CHURCH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Cindy Weese, a music minister, has decades of experience serving in ministry. She shares about the profound experience of learning together with other Christian leaders around the globe.
