Africa Bible school, Celebration College in Harare, Zimbabwe, and The Fully Equipped Bible Institute have a shared mission and vision to biblically equip Christian leaders and pastors to transform their communities and countries around the globe. Â Through the strong relationship that a shared mission and vision create, the Fully Equipped Bible Institute has agreed to accept transfer students from Celebration College in Harare, Zimbabwe, awarding college credit for courses taken in the Bible School program at Celebration College.
Pastor Jones Mfarinya, the Director of Celebration College states,
“We believe that the opportunity to earn college credit and a path forward to a U.S. bachelor’s degree with a biblically sound school like the Fully Equipped Bible Institute will provide a tremendous advantage for our students, both in ministry and marketplace settings. In some countries in Africa, bachelor’s degrees are required to keep churches open. In other countries, legislation is being passed now to require pastors to have a bachelor’s degree, or their churches will be closed. We definitely don’t want to see that happen, so the first benefit of the bachelor’s degree is to keep church doors open in many countries, and the second is that our pastors and Christian leaders will be biblically and practically equipped for maximum effectiveness in Kingdom ministry and marketplace leadership.”
