Many of the staff and professors at the Fully Equipped Bible Institute are pastors or ministry leaders themselves. We understand that the church missions opportunities you invest in need to demonstrate “budget worthy” performance for the church missions dollars invested. We believe equipping pastors and Christian leaders with academically recognized, biblically sound, and immediately applicable education is crucial to the health of the Church across the globe. According to the World Evangelical Alliance, equipping pastors is the greatest need of the Church today. We agree! And the need is urgent, as 50,000 people a day are coming to faith in Christ, creating the need for 1,000 new pastors daily to disciple new converts. This is in addition to the fact that 95% of existing pastors have never had formal training, which increases the likelihood of false doctrine sweeping through already vulnerable nations – in many instances decimating the people that are misled.
