Church Leadership Development Curriculum & Training Opportunities

The church leadership development curriculum and online training opportunities available through the Fully Equipped Bible Institute are genuinely impacting Christian leaders who desire to be more fully equipped for Kingdom service.  Cindy Weese, a music minister, has decades of experience serving in ministry.  She shares about the profound experience of learning together with other Christian leaders around the globe.

Churches who desire to better equip their leaders are taking advantage of the church leadership development curriculum that the Fully Equipped Bible Institute offers.  Students can enroll in college programs for credit, or take individual courses for further leadership training and receive Certificates of Achievement for each course they successfully complete.   Additionally, churches that contribute monthly to support pastors and Christian leaders serving in difficult and dangerous places around the world have complimentary courses available for their leaders.  Find out more about the Church Leadership Development curriculum and training opportunities HERE.

Pastor Gaolatlhe Gwindi  shares about how the church leadership curriculum is helping her,

“I have been profoundly impacted, not just by the content, but by the opportunity to share and learn from other leaders. One key impact statement in the course is ‘If you don’t lead from the Presence of God in you, you will lead from your own strength.’ The emphasis on Jesus as the pattern for our leadership has driven me to pursue His way as I serve His people.  In raising disciples, I am not trying to reproduce myself.  I am training them to relate with the ultimate Teacher and Leader, and to sit at His feet to hear from Him themselves.  There is no instant gratification here – there is discipline, which over time will bear the eternal fruit of righteousness.”
