Every believer is called to be a disciple and make disciples. We also need to serve with excellence, being fully equipped for every good work we are called to in service to our Lord. And, whether you want to complete a bachelor’s degree or are interested in continuing education to sharpen your leadership skills and deepen your faith, our upcoming fall courses can help.
We build our Christian leadership online programs and courses around busy people. Classes meet Saturdays online in two hour time blocks for ten weeks. They are high quality, extremely affordable online courses that can lead to a bachelor’s degree or can be taken for certificates of completion. Our students are enriched by our global enrollment that encourages and deepens one’s faith as we hear of God powerfully at work around the world. All courses are biblically based and provide practical life, ministry, and leadership application. They are taught by seasoned pastors and ministry leaders with masters and doctoral degrees who can relate to the challenges of modern ministry. Don’t believe us? The Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution course equips leaders to navigate conversations when stakes are high, opinions vary, and emotions run strong. Whether at work, in ministry, or at home, the leader will learn how to maintain productive dialogue when others ineffectively navigate high-stakes conversations. Effective communication is a crucial responsibility of all leaders who desire to lead in a manner that empowers, encourages, and fosters growth in those we serve. The course equips students with fundamental understanding and application of biblical principles that help direct productive communication and conflict resolution. It will introduce students to the biblical nature of conflict resolution, how to identify common styles of conflict management, and how to manage conflict acceptably and productively. Current and prospective leaders are encouraged to enroll.

The Biblical Priorities course educates students regarding the most important biblical priorities for followers of Christ. Students will gain a more profound understanding of what loving God and loving one’s neighbor meant when the Commandments were written and what Jesus meant when He reinforced them as most important in fulfilling all that followers of Christ are called to do and be.
The Biblical Priorities course equips students to embrace biblical priorities and provides the practical tools to implement them in day to day life and ministry, empowering students to grow in right relationship with God and man, and effectively keep biblical priorities in place in a complicated world.

The mission of the Fully Equipped Bible Institute is to biblically “equip for every good work” through providing challenging pastoral and leadership bachelor’s degree programs, plus discipleship training curriculum, biblical literacy training, and practical ministry courses. We are highly focused on biblically equipping Christian pastors, leaders, universities, and serious followers of Jesus to obediently fulfill the call of Christ on their lives through our Christian leadership college programs and courses.
