Fully Equipped Bible Institute (FEBI) is committed to providing a respectful, safe, and supportive educational environment consistent with its Christian mission and institutional values. FEBI maintains policies and procedures addressing student privacy, appropriate conduct, harassment and sexual harassment, complaints and grievances, and the protection of students and other members of the institutional community.
FEBI is a fully online institution and does not own or operate a physical instructional campus, residence halls, or other campus facilities. Accordingly, FEBI’s safety policies are designed primarily for the online educational environment in which students, faculty, staff, administrators, and other institutional stakeholders interact.
FEBI expects all members of the institutional community to communicate and interact with dignity, respect, honesty, and appropriate Christian conduct.
FEBI does not tolerate conduct that threatens the safety or dignity of another person, including:
These expectations apply to FEBI-related interactions conducted through email, online courses, learning-management systems, video meetings, text or electronic messaging, collaboration platforms, shared documents, social media, and other digital communications associated with FEBI.
Because FEBI does not operate a physical campus, the Institute does not have on-campus crime statistics associated with FEBI-owned campus facilities.
FEBI prohibits harassment, including sexual harassment, involving students, faculty, staff, administrators, interns, volunteers, contractors, vendors, ministry partners, and other individuals interacting with the Institute.
Sexual harassment may include unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, unwanted sexual or romantic attention, sexually inappropriate communications or materials, sexual coercion, stalking, exploitation, or the use of institutional or academic authority to seek sexual or romantic conduct.
FEBI also prohibits offering or withholding grades, academic opportunities, employment benefits, recommendations, access, assignments, favorable treatment, or other institutional benefits in exchange for romantic or sexual conduct.
No individual is required to report alleged harassment to the person accused of the conduct.
Students and other institutional stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns promptly so that FEBI can review and respond appropriately.
Depending on the circumstances, a concern may be reported to:
Students may also submit a formal Student Complaint Form.

When immediate danger or suspected criminal conduct is involved, individuals should contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authority in their location in addition to notifying FEBI.
FEBI maintains procedures for receiving, documenting, reviewing, and resolving student complaints and allegations of harassment or misconduct.
Depending upon the nature of the complaint, the review process may include:
FEBI may take reasonable interim measures while a serious complaint is being reviewed to protect safety, confidentiality, institutional integrity, and the fairness of the review.
When misconduct is determined to have occurred, corrective action may include warnings, directives, training, reassignment, restrictions on institutional access, removal of supervisory or teaching responsibilities, suspension, termination of service or other relationships, referral to appropriate authorities, or other measures appropriate to the circumstances.
Redress for an affected individual may include reasonable measures intended to restore access to academic or institutional opportunities, correct decisions or records adversely affected by misconduct, modify reporting relationships, provide an independent reviewer, or otherwise address the effects of the conduct.
FEBI prohibits retaliation against a person who, in good faith:
A report is not considered false merely because an investigation does not substantiate the allegation. Knowingly making false statements or deliberately fabricating evidence, however, may constitute separate misconduct.
FEBI considers student academic and personal records private.
Student records are maintained electronically in restricted institutional systems. Access is limited to authorized institutional personnel who require the information to perform assigned responsibilities.
Access to FEBI’s primary student-records area is restricted to authorized personnel, including:
Student records are not made available to the general public.
FEBI personnel are expected to use only the minimum amount of student information necessary to perform authorized institutional responsibilities and to protect student information from unauthorized disclosure.
FEBI maintains formal procedures and forms governing the release of student records and requests involving the withholding of student information.
Student Records Release and related records-management forms are maintained by the Registrar’s Office. Students should contact the Registrar or FEBI administration when requesting the release of records or when they have questions regarding the disclosure of their educational information.
FEBI will not disclose protected student information except as permitted by institutional policy, authorization provided by the student, or applicable legal requirements.
FEBI encourages students to raise concerns when they believe an institutional matter has not been appropriately resolved.
Students may submit a formal complaint or grievance describing:
Complaints may be submitted using FEBI’s Student Complaint Form or through the grievance process described in the current Student Handbook.
Under FEBI’s published student grievance procedure, receipt of a formal grievance is ordinarily acknowledged within ten business days, and reasonable resolutions are ordinarily determined within thirty days, depending upon the nature and complexity of the matter.
Complaint and grievance records are maintained separately from the student’s academic record as appropriate.
FEBI does not currently receive federal financial assistance for purposes of Title IX.
Regardless of that status, FEBI maintains institutional policies prohibiting harassment, including sexual harassment, and provides procedures for reporting concerns, institutional review, redress, confidentiality, and protection against retaliation.
FEBI periodically reviews its legal and regulatory responsibilities and will update its policies and public disclosures if its participation in applicable federal programs or other regulatory obligations changes.
FEBI maintains records of harassment or sexual-harassment complaints and institutional reviews when such matters occur.
To date, FEBI has received no harassment or sexual-harassment complaints requiring an institutional investigation. Consequently, there are currently no harassment-investigation records to report.
The absence of prior complaints does not affect the availability of FEBI’s reporting and review procedures. Students, faculty, staff, administrators, and other institutional stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns whenever they arise.
Additional policies concerning student conduct, privacy, grievances, harassment, institutional expectations, and student support are contained in the current:
